The Skiers Edge is a lateral cross trainer designed to prepare skiers for the slopes by mimicking the actual skiing motion associated with carving (https://www.skiersedge.co.uk/). Regular exercise with 100 side to side slides will strengthen the relevant muscles including those protecting your knees ensuring that you are ready for the slopes. This model is the S4 Big Mountain version and comes with a set of poles and wheels fitted to one end to enable one person to move it and stand it vertically if required for storage. It is in excellent condition and is available for trial if you come to collect. Selling it on as I haven’t been skiing for several years and am unlikely to do so in the near future. I have the original box with all instructions and can arrange postage at cost.
